Ingredients

  • 2 c Flour
  • 1 1/2 c Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 t Vanilla - divided
  • 1 20oz can Unsweetened Crushed Pineapple (do not drain)
  • 1 c Nuts - chopped
  • 1 stick Butter or Margarine
  • 1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 c Confectioner Sugar

Step 1

Icing
Mix butter, cream cheese, confectioner sugar and 1t vanilla. Set aside

Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients by hand. Bake 25-30 minutes. Allow cake to cool. Cut in squares and ice.
