Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten

1. Combine flour-salt.
2. Combine milk-eggs, add to flour, stirring until smooth.
3. Make pancakes, using 1/4 cup batter for each.
