Ingredients
- 2 Loaves of Bread - cubed
- 2 or 3 Onions - chopped
- 4 or 5 Stalks of Celery - chopped
- 3 Eggs - beaten
- 1 stick Margarine - melted
- Chicken broth or some giblet stock (or both)
- Salt, Pepper, Marjoram and Sage

Step 1
Cook onions and celery together until soft, when cool add to cubed bread. Add chicken broth or giblet stock to make a cubed bread mixture a little sloppy. Add Salt, Pepper, Marjoram and Sage to taste.
Bake for about an hour at 350.
