Strawberry Jello Pretzel Delight

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c Pretzels - crushed (Butter Snaps)
• 1 stick Butter - melted
• 1 c Sugar - divided in half
• 2 c Cool Whip - thawed
• 1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese - room temperature
• 1 large pkg Strawberry Jello
• 1 c Boiling Water
• 1 c Pineapple Juice
• 1 small can Crushed Pineapple
• 2 10oz Frozen Strawberries - thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Crust
Mix pretzels, melted butter and 1/2 cup of sugar together; press into a 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350.

Cream Cheese Mixture
Mix cream cheese, cool whip and remaining 1/2 cup of sugar together and beat it. Spread over cooled crust.

Strawberry Jello Mixture
Mix strawberry jello, boiling water and pineapple juice in a bowl until jello mix dissolves. Add pineapple and strawberries to dissolved jello mixture. Pour over cream cheese later. Immediately refrigerate.
