  • 2 pkgs (8 oz. each) cream cheese
  • 3-4 heaping TBSP. jalapenos, chopped from a jar
  • 9 green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 jar peach preserves
  • 3-4 tsp. crushed red peppers
  • Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients and shape into 1 big or 2 smaller balls. Roll in shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Refrigerate before serving.
