Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz) cans mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
- 3 T. chopped stems
- 1 T. chopped onion
- 1 T. oil
- 1/4 c. chopped salami
- 1/4 c. smoked cheese spread
- 1 T. catsup

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook the stems onion and oil together. Add salami, cheese spread, and catsup. Stuff into mushroom caps. Bake at 425 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
