Liverwurst

Step 1

Take large dill pickle and cut off ends. Scoop out seeds carefully (split pickle lengthwise first). Mix seed mixture with softened liverwurst and the minced onion. Stuff pickle with mixture; wrap in plastic wrap. Chill. Slice and serve.
