Ingredients

½ c Margarine melted
2 c Sugar granulated
2 c Walnuts chopped
1 Tbs Cinnamon
5 c water cool
5 lbs. PILLSBURY Oat Bran muffin Mix
3 c Fresh apples chopped

Step 1

1 Combine margarine, sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon: set aside for topping.
2. Pour water into mixer bowl; add muffin mix.
3. Mix in low using a peddle for 1 minute; scrape bowl and paddle.
4. Mix in medium speed for 2 minutes.
5. Stir in apples.
6. Spread batter evenly in greased 18 x 26 - inch sheet pan, sprinkle evenly with topping.
7. Bake at 375 degrees F. in a conventional oven (325 degrees F. in a convection oven) about 20 to 30 minutes.
8. Drizzle with powdered Sugar glaze if desired.
