- 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 12 bocconcini, cut in half
- 12 large basil leaves, cut in half lengthwise
- 12 salami slices, cut in half
- olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Toothpicks

Preparation
Step 1
Place 1/2 tomato and 1/2 bocconcini together, wrap with half basil leaf and then 1/2 piece of salami. Secure with a toothpick. Lay on platter and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
