- 1 cup soy milk
- 6 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 slices bread
- 2-3 Tbsp vegan margarine

Whisk together the flour and cinnamon.
Add soy milk and vanilla and whisk until smooth
Dip bread in the batter, turning it to coat both sides. Melt the margarine in a nonstick skillet and cook until golden brown.
