Ingredients
- Chicken tenderloin chopped in bite size pieces
- Some mushrooms
- Carrots
- Celery
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 c chicken stock
- Green pesto

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a skillet brown up some chicken and add some salt and pepper.
2. Once the chicken has browned take it out of the skillet - add some extra virgin olive oil to the pan and add in the mushrooms, carrots and celery and the 2 bay leaves.
3. Once the veggies are softened add 2 tablespoons of flour to and let it cook up a little.
4. Once the flour has cooked add some chicken stock.
5. Once the veggies and sauce becomes gravy like you can add in some green pesto.
6. Serve this with pasta if desired.
