Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 6 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 (6-oz.) salmon fillets
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- Non-aerosol cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a plate, combine garlic powder, bread crumbs and cheese; set aside. Brush the tops of the fillets with olive oil, sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed new potatoes and steamed green beans.
VEGETARIAN: Use extra-firm tofu instead of fish.
KOSHER: No changes necessary.
