Ingredients
- 6 whole wheat pita breads (6-inch rounds)
- 1 14-ounce can white beans
- 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce (your favorite jarred variety)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (use on adults)
- 1/3 cup sliced green olives (use on adults)
- 2 thin pepperoni (1/2 inch/2 cm diameter) -- sliced (optional—I skip)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread each pita bread with beans and spaghetti sauce. Then add the mushrooms, olives, pepperoni and oregano. Top with cheese. Place on large baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
