Ingredients
- 1 Recipe Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup Creamy White Pizza Sauce, divided
- 1 (14 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1/3 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place prepared pizza dough on a well oiled pizza pan. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp with red pepper flakes, turning once, 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Evenly top pizza crust with 1/2 cup sauce, then artichokes, tomatoes and cooked shrimp. Top with remaining sauce, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
