Ingredients
- 1 Recipe New York Style Pizza Crust
- 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 ounces hot sauce
- 8 ounces blue cheese salad dressing
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat a pizza stone in a 500 degree oven for 1 hour. Place prepared pizza crust on stone and bake for 10 minutes. In a medium bowl combine the cubed chicken, melted butter and hot sauce. Mix well. Spread salad dressing over partially baked crust, then top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Put pizza back in oven and bake 10 to 12 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
