Ingredients
- 1 Recipe New York Style Pizza Crust
- 1 Recipe Four Alarm Pizza Sauce
- 30 ounces canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 6 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat a pizza stone in a 500 degree oven for 1 hour. Place prepared pizza crust on stone and throw it in the oven for 5 minutes. Spread pizza sauce over partially baked crust. Top with the black beans and pineapple. Drizzle the lime juice over the top. Evenly sprinkle the cilantro and mozzarella cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges of crust are turning golden and cheese is melted in the center.
