Ingredients

  • 1 Recipe New York Style Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Pizza Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 6 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat a pizza stone in a 500 degree oven for 1 hour. Spread sauce over prepared crust leaving a 1-inch border. Saute chicken in olive oil until no longer pink and cooked through. Arrange onions over sauce. Top with chicken and cheese. Bake 20 to 20 minutes or until crust is dark golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro and cut into wedges.
