- 1 Recipe Italian Herb Pizza Crust
- 1 Four Alarm Pizza Sauce
- Non-aerosol cooking spray
- 1 (8-oz.) package sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons thinly-sliced fresh basil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place prepared pizza dough on a lightly oiled pizza pan sprinkled with some cornmeal; bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; saute 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine ricotta and Parmesan cheeses and set aside. Remove pizza crust from oven and spread pizza sauce over top, leaving a 1-inch border. Dollop ricotta cheese mixture evenly over sauce and top with mushrooms. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Return pizza to oven and bake 10 minutes longer or until crust is crisp. Sprinkle with basil and cut into wedges.
