Ingredients

  • 1 Recipe Basic Pizza Crust
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced cooked deli roast beef
  • 1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Place prepared pizza crust on a greased pizza pan and bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, throw the sliced beef into a hot skillet and warm (you’re not cooking it but just warming it slightly). Arrange warm beef over partially baked crust. Brush with salad dressing and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven; bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is melted. While pizza is baking, heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat until hot. Add bell pepper and onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Spoon cooked vegetables over melted cheese.
