Ingredients

1 lb butter unsalted
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup cornstarch
3 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Whip butter approx 10 minutes

Add remaining ingredients slowly mixing until smooth

Drop by teaspoon onto pan and press down slightly.

Place maraschino cherry into centre

Bake at 350F for 8 minutes

Make sure butter is room temperature before mixing
