Ingredients
- 2 lbs Potatoes
- 1/2 c Sour Cream
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar - cut down
- 6-8 Green Onions - thinly sliced
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1 T Flour
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/3 c Butter Bread Crumbs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 300. Butter a shallow baking dish. Boil potatoes with skin in salt water - firm not soft. Grate potatoes. In a mixing bowl, add sour cream, onions and cheese. Make a paste with flour and milk and add to mixture. Add potatoes to combined mixtures. Season and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
