Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 T hot water
- 1/2 cup moist peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cream the shortening. Gradually add sugars and cream well.
Add the egg, hot water and peanut butter. Mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
Fill cookie press. Form cookies on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
