4 c milk
1/2 t cracked pepper
1 split vanilla bean
7 oz chopped white chocolate
pink peppercorns

Preparation

Step 1

Bring 4c milk, 1/2 t freshly cracked pepper, 1 split vanilla bean, and 7oz chopped white chocolate to a boil, whisking to melt the chocolate.
Remove from the heat, steep 1 hour.
Discard the vanilla bean and reheat.
Garnish with pink peppercorns.
