Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 8-12 Potatoes (peeled and cut to fry)
  • Ham - cut in small pieces (amount of your choice)
  • Milk - 1/2 a Large Sauce Pan filled
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1/3 Cup flour and a little milk mixed in cup
  • 1 Can Cheddar Soup
  • 6-8 slices of Velvetta/ 1/2 lb
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Peel, cut and boil potatoes until almost tender. Drain.
Chop up ham into small pieces.
Spray a 9x13 glass dish and place in potatoes and ham.
In a lg sauce pan, melt butter and add milk (on med heat).
In a separate dish or cup, mix flour with a little milk . Slowly add to milk mixture as it boils. Stirring constantly. It will thicken. Then add soup and velvetta. Then pour over potatoes and ham. Pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
Can serve with peas! Yum!
