Ingredients
- 2 lbs Hamburger
- 1 qt. Water
- 1/2 t Cumin
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 1/2 t Red Pepper
- 1/2 T All Spice
- 3 Large Onions - chopped
- 2 dashes Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 toe Garlic
- 2 T Chili Powder
- 1/2 T Black Pepper
- 1 T Salt
- 1 6oz can Tomato Paste
- 1/2 T Vinegar
- 3 whole Bay Leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Crumble hamburger in water, then add all ingredients.
Cook 3 hours on Low.
When done, remove garlic toe and bay leaves.
