Ingredients
- 1 15-oz. can black eye peas
- 1 16-oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz. can corn, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 4-oz. can diced jalapeno peppers
- 1 14-oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup fat free Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything together and refrigerate overnight to blend the flavors. The diced jalapeno peppers are NOT the canned chilies. If you can't find a can of peppers, take some from a jar and put in food processor. That's what gives it the kick.
