Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb chorizo
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • shredded cheese mixture

Step 1

Brown chorizo and break apart. Drain well.

Bring cream cheese to room temperature and add the taco seasoning and milk. Mix well. spread on the bottom of a pie plate. Set aside for an hour to let the taco mix reconstitute, or make and don't serve for over an hour.

Spread chorizo on top of cream cheese.

Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella, or Mexican mix, or chihuahua cheese.

Cook in microwave to melt the cheese, and the dish is warmed through.
