- 1 jar roasted red peppers (12 ounce)
- 1 sm shallot
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 pkg cream cheese (8 ounce), softened
- 6 Tbsp. sour cream
