  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 4 oz feta
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 3 oz (about 1/2 bag) baby spinach, chopped
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Dash salt and pepper



Step 1

Mix spinach, cheese, pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Divide crescent dough into triangles. Spoon spinach mixture onto wide part of dough triangle, roll, and brush with egg white.
Bake for 15 min at 350'
