Honey Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/3 c shortening
• 1/2 c soft cream cheese with honey
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place shortening and cream cheese in large mixing bowl. Beat until fluffy.

Add sugar; beat until thoroughly creamed. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

Combine remaining dry ingredients in separate bowl. Gradually add to creamed mixture; mix until well blended.

Fill cookie press. Press cookies on ungreased, uncoated baking sheets.

Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes.
