Ingredients
- 1 1/2 stick Margarine or Butter - softened, divided
- 1/2 c Nuts - chopped
- 1 c Flour
- 2 boxes Butterscotch Pudding
- 3 1/2 c Milk
- 1 (8oz) pkg Cream Cheese - room temperature
- 1 c Powered or Confectionary Sugar
- 1 tub (13oz) Cool Whip - thawed
- Toasted Coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Crust
Mix margarine/butter (1 stick), nuts and flour together and press into a 9x13 pan. Baking 12-15 minutes at 350 (light brown in color). Let cool
Butterscotch Mix
Cook Butterscotch Pudding mix, remaining margarine/butter and milk in a saucepan stirring until slightly thickened (Be sure not to get too thick). Let cool.
Cream Cheese Mix
Blend cream cheese with powdered/confectionary sugar. Add in Cool Whip and mix well.
Spread about 1/2 of cream cheese mixture on the cooled crust. Then put butterscotch mixture on top. Followed with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and refrigerate overnight.
