Ingredients

  • Fresh Broccoli
  • Fresh Cauliflower
  • 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 can Durkee French Fried Onions
  • 1 lb Velveeta Cheese - thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix soup and milk together. Boil broccoli and cauliflower until done. Place in 13x9 baking dish and pour soup mixture over top, half of the can of fried onions and then top with velveeta cheese (be sure to cover vegetables completely with cheese). Top with remaining fried onions.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
