Dill Biscuits with Honey Butter

Ingredients
- biscuits:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tbsp cold butter, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- honey butter:
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Pulse flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in food processor. Add butter and pulse into pea-sized pieces. Add dill, then slowly pulse in buttermilk until dough just comes together. Transfer to a floured surface and knead a few times, then shape into a flat disk.
Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into rounds with a 2 inch round cutter. Reroll any scraps. Place on a baking sheet, brush with buttermilk and bake 10-12 minutes until golden.
Make honey butter- Mix softened butter, honey and salt in a bowl until well combined. Serve with biscuits.
