Ingredients

  • Mix:
  • 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes or 8 russet potatoes.
  • Boil them whole until soft (Red) and cut into quarter size for (Russet). Cut into quarters or a little smaller (Red) after boiling.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Pour over potatoes
  • Top with:
  • Cheddar Onions
  • Can put on immediately or last 10 mins.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins. in a glass baking dish.
  • Optional:
  • Can use twice the mixture for more topping.
  • Can use corn flakes on top instead of Cheddar Onions.
