Ingredients
- Mix:
- 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes or 8 russet potatoes.
- Boil them whole until soft (Red) and cut into quarter size for (Russet). Cut into quarters or a little smaller (Red) after boiling.
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Pour over potatoes
- Top with:
- Cheddar Onions
- Can put on immediately or last 10 mins.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins. in a glass baking dish.
- Optional:
- Can use twice the mixture for more topping.
- Can use corn flakes on top instead of Cheddar Onions.
