Ingredients
- 3 cans (6oz each) unsalted, water- packed tuna, drained
- 1 jar (6.5-oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
- 1/2 C pitted, halved kalamata olives
- 1/3 C crumbled feta cheese
- 2 TBL minced garlic
- 1/2 C sliced red onion
- 2 TBL sherry vinegar
- 14 C olive oil
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 C chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 hed butter lettuce

Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients except lettuce in lg bowl
arrange a few lettuce leaves on each of 6 plates
spoon tuna mixture on top of lettuce
serve w/ pita chips
