Corn Salad with Feta and walnuts

Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 4 cups fresh corn, raw or cooked ( 4 ears)
- 2 jalapeno's seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 tab. fresh lime juice
- 2 tab. OVOO
- Kosher Salt and black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta ( 2 oz.)

Preparation
Step 1
Oven 400 degrees. Toast walnuts until fragrant, 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool and coarsely chop.
Combine corn, jalapeno's, lime juice, oil, walnuts and 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Feta before serving!
