  • 1 Lb. walnuts
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and spray both with cooking spray.

Place walnuts in small saucepan and cover with water. Bring to boil on med-high heat, and boil 5 minutes. Immediately turn into colander to drain.

Place honey, sugar, 1/4 c. water and salt in 2 1/2 c. saucepan. Bring to boil on med. heat, add walnuts and stir until dry. Transfer to one baking sheet, spread evenly and bake about 12 minutes, until mahogany colored, stirring every 5 minutes.
