Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces wide noodles
- 2 cups cooked ham
- 2 + cups Guyere cheese and Monterey jack cheese (I use more Guyere)
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 T bread crumbs mixed with 1tsp. olive oil or melted butter for topping

Preparation
Step 1
In 2 T. butter saute onion and pepper.
Prepare noodles as directed on package
Cube 2 cups cooked ham.
Grate 2 cups swiss cheese
Prepare a sauce using: 1 can cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and onion/pepper mixture.
In a large greased casserole: layer 1/3 noodles, 1/3 ham, 1/3 cheese, 1/3 sauce. Repeat 3 times. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover and sprinkle bread crumb mixture on top--cook for 5 minutes more, until bread crumbs are browned.
Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated
