Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Aluminum foil wrap
  • 2 (12-oz.) pork tenderloins
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven broiler. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, cumin, allspice and pepper. Line a broiling pan with foil wrap. Place pork on pan; rub it all over with oil then coat evenly with spice mixture. Broil, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Wrap loosely with foil in pan; let rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
