- 1 CUP CORNMEAL
- 1/2 CUP AP FLOUR
- 1 CUP REGULAR OATS (NOT INSTANT)
- 1 POUND CHICKEN LIVERS
- 4 PIECES BACON ( DICED FINE)
- 2 TBSP. BROWN SUGAR
- 1 SM BAG SHREDDED CARROTS
- 1 CAN PEAS DRAINED
- 1 TSP. SALT

Step 1
IN LARGE BOWL MIX DRY INGREDIENTS
IN FOOD PROCESSOR THOROUGHLY LIQUEFY LIVERS, BACON,CARROTS,PEAS
POUR ABOVE MIXTURE INTO DRY INGREDIENTS COMPLETELY
LINE 1 OR 2 COOKING SHEETS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
USING A COOKIE SCOOP PUT DABS OF MIX ON THE PARCHMENT (WITH SMALL GAPS BETWEEN EACH)
COOK 30-35 MINUTES UNTIL DONE IN A PREHEATED 350 DEG. OVEN UNTIL THEY ARE DONE
CAN BE REFRIGERATED UP TO 2 WEEKS
