Ingredients

  • 1/3 c Wine Vinegar
  • 2 T Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 c Ketchup
  • 2 T Oil
  • 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 t Mustard
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/4 t Pepper
  • 1/4 t Garlic Powder
  • 3 3/4 - 4 lb Roast

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 6" from heat - Sprinkle both sides of roast with meat tenderizer - poke.
Marinade at least 6 hrs (overnight is better).

Keep searing about every 5 or 10 minutes for about 45 minutes. Continue brushing roast with marinade.

*If getting too dark, place a piece of foil under roast during last 15 minutes or so.
