Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 mango, cubed
- 1/2 pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
- Fresh mint leaves, torn, for garnish

Step 1
Add the blueberries, raspberries, mangos, pineapples and watermelon to a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice and orange juice. Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit salad and top with the pistachios. Right before serving, top with freshly torn mint leaves to garnish.
