Chocolate Dipped Frozen Banana Bites

Ingredients
- Assorted coatings for bananas:
- 2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- crushed Oreos
- toffee bits
- chopped butterfingers
- nuts
- toasted coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Stir chocolate and oil in small saucepan over low heat until smooth
Let stand 15 min. to cool
Place toppings in separate shallow dish. Line baking sheet with foil
Using fingers, dip 1 banana slice in chocolate coating completely. Shake off excess chocolate.
Drop dipped banana in topping. Using clean hand, sprinkle more topping over banana to coat.
Note: Picture in magazine looks like the bananas are in the shape of little balls
Transfer to foil lined sheet. Repeat with remaining bananas, chocolate, and toppings.
Freeze until firm, about 3 hrs., then serve.
