Ingredients
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Italian Style Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 2 slices White Bread (soaked in milk and excess liquid squeezed out)
- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 2 tablespoon Bacon Grease
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Steak Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 packet of Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 2 Carrots (grated)
- 1 cup freshly grated Locatelli Cheese
- 2 pounds ground Beef
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Pepper

instructions Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix all but the last two ingredients. Put in shallow baking pan and shape into loaf. Bake about 50 minutes or until cooked through.

ingredients 1 tablespoon Ketchup
2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
instructions Remove from oven, spread with ketchup and brown sugar mixture. Return to oven for another 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before slicing and serving.
