Monster Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
• 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 4 1/2 cups oatmeal
• 2/3 cup M&Ms
• 2/3 cup chocolate chips
• 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together the butter and both sugars. Beat in the eggs. Stir in the peanut butter, baking soda, oatmeal, M&Ms, chocolate chips, vanilla and walnuts. Place 1/3 cup scoops of cookie batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake the cookies for 15 to 20 minutes.
