Moscow Mule

Legend has it the Moscow Mule was invented in the early 1940s, when three gentleman in a bar wondered how the combination of ginger beer, vodka and lime juice would taste. It was good then, and it’s good now.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz. vodka
• 1 tsp sugar syrup
• 1.5 tsp lime juice
• 3 oz. ginger beer
• 1 sprig mint
• 1 slice lime

Preparation

Step 1

In a mug with ice, add the vodka, sugar syrup and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with mint sprig and lime slice.
