  • 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), divided
  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Butterscotch Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.

Chop 4 oz. chocolate. Combine flour and baking soda. Beat next 4 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chopped chocolate and nuts. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.

Bake 15 to 18 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars. Melt remaining chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over bars.
