This easy to make drink is based on the bar specialty at the Fish Trap restaurant in Cruz Bay, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes, crushed
- 3 TB. frozen lemonade concentrate
- 2 TB. coconut rum
Preparation
Step 1
Place ice, concentrate and rum in a blender; blend until slushy.
