Ingredients
- 2 c low-fat milk
- kosher salt
- 1/3 c farina (such as Cream of Rice; not instant)
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1/4 c dried apricots, chopped
- 2 T roasted almonds, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Bring the milk and teaspoon salt to a boil in a small saucepan.
Whisk in the farina.
Reduce heat and simmer, whisking occasionally until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon into bowls and top with the sugar, apricots, and almonds.
