Ingredients

  • 2 lb london broil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 2 Tbs wine vinegar
  • 1/4 red wine
  • 2 Tbs ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Place meat in a glass dish.

Saute garlic gently in oil, add soy, mustard, and herbs; then stir in vinegar and wine. Pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Drain meat, reserving marinade. Add the ketchup and worcestershire to the marinade and use mixture to baste meat while grilling.
